Before your system leaves our hands, it undergoes a specialized assembly and inspection process.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared within 1–3 business days.

  • Our Promise: Every SubconHealth system undergoes a rigorous quality inspection to ensure peak performance upon arrival.

  • High Volume Periods: During sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once your system is fully assembled and inspected, it is handed over to our reliable U.S. shipping partners.

  • Standard Delivery: Expected within 5–9 business days.

  • Carrier Partners: We use trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe and trackable delivery.

  • Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  • How will I know when my order ships? You will receive an automated email with your tracking information the moment your order is dispatched.

  • Why is my tracking number not updating yet? Sometimes it takes 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package into their system. Don't worry, your order is on its way!

  • What if my order is delayed? Carrier delays may occasionally occur due to weather or peak seasons. If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact Nate and the team at support@subconhealth.com, and we will investigate immediately.

  • What if my item arrives damaged? Please send a photo or video of the damaged item to our support email within 48 hours of delivery. Once reviewed, we will prioritize a replacement or resolution for you.
